Support our Mission

Your support helps create state-funded pathways so affordability is built into psychedelic access programs from the start.

Why Now

In just five years, more than 220 psychedelic bills have been introduced across 38 states and Washington, D.C. This wave of legislation marks an unprecedented moment for psychedelic policy reform nationwide.

We’ve already proven that access can be created: in Oregon, over 11,000 clients have received psilocybin services since the program launched. But the challenge—and our greatest opportunity—is clear: to ensure current and future state systems center affordability from day one.

The Center for Psychedelic Policy (CPP) is the only national 501(c)(3) nonprofit think tank solely focused on solving this challenge. We work at the state level to design policies, pilot programs, and legislative models that make psychedelic therapy both legal and affordable.

Your Gift at Work

When you give to CPP, you help us:

  • Leverage insights from the National Psychedelic Landscape Assessment (NPLA) to brief legislators, advocates, funders, and researchers nationwide.

  • Translate lessons from Oregon and Colorado into pragmatic, replicable policy solutions.

  • Draft state-funded pilot program frameworks that show states how to scale affordable access.

  • Ensure affordability is built into policy design from the start.
